As a small company, Gramercy has the ability to offer hands on asset management while maintaining the flexibility to peruse unique deals in markets that we feel confident have strong growth potential. We pay out quarterly and routinely provide short, specific updates to help investors to stay on top of key performance metrics without being overloaded with information.
Tenants
We aim to create dynamic, attractive communities for commercial tenants both large and small, as well as for our residential renters. Through our relationships and knowledge of the local market, we carefully monitor and respond to issues that may impact our tenants to ensure that our properties flourish.
Partners
Gramercy Property Group has completed several successful joint ventures with Integrated Properties, Inc. and co-owns several properties with our sister company, Turtle Bay Partners. We are open to forming new retail, industrial and multi-family partnerships in both our current markets and markets of interest.
